Two Rivers Jeep Club (TRJC) hosts the Annual Illini 4×4 Safari in May and the Annual 4×4 Blast in August, which are open to the public as well as all 4×4 vehicles (some restriction apply). TRJC events are nationally known and between the two events draw approximately 500 vehicles and 900 participants from around ten states. Since these two events are directly hosted by TRJC, all raffle proceeds and over 85% of the registration fees go back into the community plus surrounding areas that enthusiastically support and join in our hobby.

TRJC charities have been published in Blue Ribbon Magazine and United Four Wheel Drive’s Voice. Throughout the years, several articles recognizing our events appeared in numerous 4WD magazines. Four Wheeler magazine recognized the club as being 1 of the top 25 best events and trails for Jeeping in the USA.

Traditionally, past events have donated an average of $18,000 to our community. Donated products and gift certificates from sponsors and companies are a large portion of our raffle during both of our main events. You now have an opportunity to be involved in TRJC’s 4×4 Safari and Blast by donating a product(s) or certificate(s)!  Donations to these events are outstanding advertising opportunities for your company.  You may also setup a booth or tent during registration on Thursday, 4-6 pm.

These two raffles are held on Friday & Saturday of both events with 100% of the raffle proceeds being donated to local charities. To reduce your overhead and ours, we would request donations for both events at one time. Please let us know if you are donating to both events or if you would prefer to only donate to the Safari or Blast. Product donations present the best viewpoint for your company as all products are displayed during the events. Gift certificates are always welcomed, however, they are not as easy to display.

All sponsors are mentioned and thanked during the events, all banners are hung on the walls of the legion and raffled off if there are multiple banners of the same company.

Donation Levels:
❖ Donations of $50 or more: your name printed on a brochure, distributed to all participants, a listing in our newsletter (350+ circulation) & acknowledgement on our website & Facebook page.
